Myo St Paul’s

Architects Basha-Franklin have transformed three floors of the landmark One New Change, providing commute-worthy workspace for Myo, the flexible office brand from Landsec.

Three feature walls, created from bespoke shades of Spelk, act as a central feature across the three floors:

Deep and rich red hues were used on the ground floor for an earthy warmth. Next, the bright middle floor is punctuated by lush, verdant greens. Finally, at the top of the central staircase, the delicate blues set a calm and airy tone for the space.

Formulating the perfect shades for each of the distinct zones of the project was achieved through creative and harmonious collaboration with the designers at Basha-Franklin.

With meticulously crafted junctions and seamlessly integrated doors, these Spelk walls marry beautifully with the bold material palette throughout. A focus on colour and contrasting textures makes for a truly engaging and inviting work space.
